With her keen business sense and fabulous people skills, Kelly easily transitions from behind the chair back to the boardroom without missing a beat. She is the mastermind behind this mom-centered business and knows a thing or two about juggling her own MeTime as a busy mom herself. Veronica has been a part of the MeTime team since they opened their doors in 2019. The youngest of six children, she has lived in Texas, North Carolina and now Florida, and has been babysitting for her nephews for as long as she can remember. Veronica is currently attending Cosmetology School and is excited to be promoted to Assistant Manager and working in the front of the salon with the stylists and clients!

Justin Lynch has been making women beautiful for over 25 years. The talented hair designer, who trained under Vidal Sassoon, began his career in a small multi-cultural salon in Florida and opened his own salon in Palm Beach at the age of 26. His big personality and even bigger heart are what makes this master of balayage a favorite among the Palm Beach smart set. Justin quickly became the go-to stylist for celebs in Palm Beach including Celine Dion, Carrie Underwood, Sharon Stone, Brooke Shields, Stephanie Seymour, Kelly Clarkson, Michelle Visage, Train lead singer Patrick Monohan, Cameron Silver, and many more. His artistic talent has been featured on the runways of designers including Gwen Stefanie’s Lamb runway for fashion week, Oscar de la Renta, Valentino, Chanel, and Badgley Mischka. His work has been featured in the pages of Harper's Bazaar, Instyle, Town & Country and many others. 

After 28 years as a salon owner, his growth in the beauty industry has moved him into a new chapter of his career. These days you will find Justin traveling as an educator for his favorite brands, and mentoring new stylists at MeTime’s WPB location.

Originally from the cosmopolitan city of Toronto, Canada, Greg transplanted to Palm Beach County and started his work in the beauty industry via NYC salon, Salon AKS. Greg then followed his creative skills training with Bumble & bumble Salon in NY as an educator, and later with Phyto and L’oreal Professionnel as an educator, as well. For 15+ years Greg co-owned Justin & Greg’s Beauty with locations in West Palm Beach, and Tequesta, FL. These days Greg spends his time making clients beautiful at MeTime salons in West Palm Beach and Jupiter. He continually pursues his education as a stylist and contributes his time to fashion shows, his celebrity clients, and charitable endeavors in South Florida. Most recently, Greg received his certification in Dreamcatcher Hair Extensions.

As an international hair color educator, she has traveled the globe to learn and teach, and was selected by her peers as one of the top educators in Beauty Launchpad Magazine. She is a featured colorist for highlighting and color techniques on Product Club’s educational video series, and her work and life-changing makeover magic has been featured on ABC, NBC in conduction with the American Heart Institute, and FOX TV’s “Starting Over.” She is also a NYC Fashion Week Veteran working backstage with designers like Diane Von Furstenberg, Thuy, Vogue’s Fashion's Night out and others. Originally from Long Island NY, being a hair stylist is in Carla’s blood, as she has followed in the footsteps of her aunts and uncles.  A graduate of Palm Beach State University, she has been in the industry for over 19 years and has worked at many prestigious salons such as Anushka, Gilded and most recently 14+ years at SamJon’s Salon in Palm Beach Gardens before joining the MeTime family. Apprenticing solely under a colorist is what molded Carla to become the artist she is today.  She has an amazing eye for color and a natural talent, which her lucky clients can attest to!

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Rebecca brought her hair styling talents to South Florida in 2006. She is a graduate of the Brown Aveda Institute and prior to joining the MeTime family, she worked as an apprentice and stylist at the prestigious salon John Roberts Hair Studio. Rebecca has also spent time at the Redken Exchange and Wella Studio in New York City continuing her education with cutting and coloring classes.

A Georgia native, Camille has been obsessed with all things beauty for as long as she can remember, and has been assisting in salons since high school. After graduating from the Paul Mitchell School of Jacksonville in May 2022, and becoming a licensed hair stylist, Camille moved to South Florida in July 2022, where she joined the Justin & Greg Beauty team and now MeTime Salon. Previously, Camille worked under Rusk principal designer and hair stylist Joe Garrasi, learning the latest color, cut and style techniques, while creating up-dos for clients for weddings, charity and holiday events. In addition to her knowledge of hair, Camille also is a certified lash extension specialist, and studied under professional make-up artist, Patricia Kozack.

Tracey was born and raised in South Florida and has had a passion for makeup and all things beauty since she was a little girl. Her strong background in Sales and  Management, specifically in makeup retail, are huge assets in her position as the front desk specialist in the busy WPB salon. Not only is Tracey responsible behind the scenes for running the salon and retail smoothly, but she’s also the smiling face that greets the West Palm Beach clients and she takes pride in running a friendly, customer-centered downtown salon. She is also an aspiring makeup artist and has plans to pursue her cosmetology license in the near future.

I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Advanced practice registered nurses (APRN) who also has a passion for aesthetics. I discovered my passion in aesthetics as a nursing college student when I started working at a medical spa as a receptionist in 2003. I became a licensed esthetician and laser hair removal specialist but always admired the injectors I worked with and knew one day that's what I wanted to do.  I decided to continue my path to nursing school so one day I could do what they do. As an RN I also discovered the amazing career of a CRNA and fell in love again. It was a perfect combo since as a CRNA I could also do aesthetics and here I am today. I am a happy wife and  mom of 2 beautiful children, Jeremy, and Ava, whom I named my business after. My aesthetics training comes from top medical aesthetic leaders from Brazil and Europe. I am committed to education and training and always safety!

Born and raised in south Florida, Rachael graduated from  Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors Degree in Health Science. She began her career as an ophthalmic technician learning in depth knowledge and training of eye health and diseases. After working with patients for numerous years she discovered her passion to embetter people from the inside out. Which lead her to further her education and follow a long time personal love of esthetics and wellness; becoming a multi licensed facial specialist and laser technician. Having grown up in the sun, protecting the skin and eyes were engrained into her daily regiment. Continually learning new and  improved ways to care for  the skin and prevent damage. 
Pairing her experience in the medical field with her vast knowledge of esthetics, Rachael was lead  to open a studio where she could provide advanced clinical facials/treatments and eye enhancements, using a combination of nutrient rich ingredients and the latest technologically based treatments to give clients their perfect “glow”. Rachael continues to gain certifications and further her knowledge in the latest esthetics advancements in this field to offer clients to the most effective results; including recently adding a phlebotomy license to her roster.

The inspiration for his gorgeous makeup applications come from the beautiful scenery he was surrounded by growing up in wine country.
