Cancellation & No Show Policy: All appointments require a credit card to be put on file. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service prices. 

Childcare: please do not forget to book with your service. Select openings are available daily and must be booked more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

Refunds Policy: We do not offer refunds on hair services. If for any reason you are not happy with the service we offer to correct any issues at no charge.


All appointments must be confirmed by 5pm the day before. If the reservations are not confirmed they will be cancelled. 

Prices subject to increase for higher level stylist/specialist and if extra product is used.
